Michael Eisen - CEO

Michael founded SATT in 2000 after identifying a great need within regulated organisations for cost-effective, flexible and wholly compliant solutions to aid in designing corporate training and compliance programmes. He has an in-depth knowledge on the design and implementation of organisation-wide knowledge and content management, bringing a wealth of understanding regarding the range of regulatory compliance issues that organisations face. Michael currently holds responsibility for all commercial functions across the SATT Corp.
Michael’s qualifications include ACII, AMIPLA, MCSE, MCT, CCC, Bsc Eng, IL, SIA Approved Contractor.   He holds awards as an Assessor , Internal verifier, and External verifier, he is currently on the committee for the SIA in Northern Ireland, and the IOD’s policy committee NI Co-Author of the BSI Close Protection Training standard, and sits on several UN and NATO commities on Security and Anti-terrororism.


Richard Oettinger- Operations Director

Richard brings over 30 years' experience of project and operations management to SATT, seven of which have been spent specialising in e-learning and software development. He has gained a detailed understanding of our sector, having worked within Defence, Government, Finance and Education verticals.
Richard is responsible for the strategic planning in relation to all production and operational functions of SATT. This is achieved by ensuring the latest technology and best practice methodologies are undertaken and executed. This allows SATT to consistently hit timescales, budgets, and quality across the whole operations function. Richard’s qualifications include RCO ILM and he has just finished his Assessors award.


Tony Lane - Education Director

Tony Lane has experience of in the field of education he holds certification versious H&S areas specialising in the Oil and gas industrys having spent many years in Security working for the government and is a practicing traininer with extensive experience in teaching and training. His expertise is widely recognised and he brings a wealth of inside knowledge to a team of specialists.

Currently Tony has been working in the middle east on verious H&S training courses to improve both driver and general staff security and safety.


Neil Gibson - Head of special operations

Neil has specialist experience in operations that require attention and planning together with additional requirements not normally found in the commercial world.  He currently holds the position of consultant with various organisations.
